 Assistant Controller to join their team.

We are seeking candidates to assist the Controller with the accounting func=
tion and to work on special projects.

Responsibilities

=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinate the month end closing, quarterly and year end closin=
g processes, as well as reporting time line.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop, maintain and ensure ongoing compliance with accounting=
 policies and procedures.
=EF=BF=BD=09Analyze financial statements by preparing and reviewing account=
 analyses and reconciliations. =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Review sales tax returns and coordinate tax return preparation =
with external auditors.
=EF=BF=BD=09Review customer contracts and ensure revenue is being recognize=
d correctly.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Interact with external auditors.
=EF=BF=BD=09Assist on special projects as needed. =20

Requirements_Qualif: Requirements

=EF=BF=BD=09Bachelors degree
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong understanding of GAAP with solid accounting background.=

=EF=BF=BD=097-10 years experience in accounting
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication=
 skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Attention to detail and extremely organized with a desire for m=
eeting deadlines
=EF=BF=BD=09Confident self-starter with the ability to work with minimal di=
rection
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong systems skills (Excel, accounting software)
