Principal areas of responsibility of the position are as follows:

Primary author of all SEC filings and other GAAP reports.

Responsible for specifically identifying all Business Unit data requirement=
s to support SEC reporting and responsible for orchestrating the accumulati=
on of such information.

Responsible for establishing accounting positions, and writing technical ac=
counting position papers.

Develops and implements corporate accounting policies regarding technical a=
ccounting issues.

Develops and implements policies and procedures for internal controls.  Sig=
nificant involvement with SOX.

Responsible for working with six divisional controllers and management team=
s to collect and review data necessary to support SEC filings and consolida=
tion. =20

Hands-on responsibility for accounting for income taxes, currency translati=
on, derivatives, monitoring long-lived asset impairments, and all other tec=
hnical accounting matters that require a specialized knowledge that is not =
necessary at the plant level to =EF=BF=BDrun the business=EF=BF=BD.

Responsible for 5500s and other specialized reporting, as necessary.

Requirements_Qualif: BACKGROUND REQUIRED:=09
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in =
accounting.  A CPA is preferred.  Direct, hands-on experience filing 10Q=EF=
=BF=BDs and 10K=EF=BF=BDs is required.  Extensive knowledge of SEC accounti=
ng and reporting requirements is necessary.  Extensive knowledge of GAAP is=
 required. The successful candidate will have a very sound background in ge=
neral accounting. In addition, the qualified candidate will be proficient w=
ith research tools.  He/She will have extensive experience in establishing =
accounting positions and writing technical accounting position papers.  Ext=
ensive experience writing policies and procedures for the Finance function =
is necessary.  The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-unit ent=
ities.  Manufacturing industry experience is a definite plus.  An understan=
ding of the role and challenges of plant operational accountants is necessa=
ry.  The ability to communicate effectively with operational accounting is =
required.  Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internat=
ionally is necessary.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:=09
A Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs Degree in Accounting is required.  An advanced degree =
is a plus. =20
