visors and Regional Director roll-ups.  Oversees Asset Management operation=
s on a period and quarterly basis in accordance with generally accepted acc=
ounting principles and applicable Sarbanes-Oxley control procedures.  Perfo=
rms special accounting projects of an important and sometimes confidential =
nature.  Examines potential future accounting projects.  Works closely and =
cooperatively with operational staff on accounting issues.

Requirements_Qualif: This position requires a bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree or =
equivalent years of experience.  Must have working knowledge of federal and=
 state payroll tax laws. Experience in a Lawson ERP or other enterprise rep=
orting system would be helpful.  Fluent in ERP report writing or Crystal re=
porting.  Must have good oral and written communication skills, be customer=
 focused, and a team player. Should be self-motivated, detail oriented, and=
 organized.
