DESCRIPTION:  Understanding of product capabilities, fit and future
directions of Middleware Technology vendors. A solid understanding of
application and infrastructure architecture, analysis and design.
Application development work experience (7-10 years) in Object Oriented
Languages that relied upon Application Middleware technology. Concentration
in Java or C# required. Experience in high level planning activities that
provided technical, business/financial and organizational perspective.
Competency in technical research and writing (white papers in area(s) of
expertise, product evaluations/comparisons, creation/review of RFIs or RFPs
and presentations/discussion documents that demonstrate ability to develop
and communicate concepts.
