Comments Responsible for providing Help Desk and Desk Side support for the 
North American Parts Center, Kentucky facility (NAPCK). Provides desktop, 
laptop, printer, wireless devices, scanner and barcode label printer support. 
Responsible for daily infrastructure readiness for start of Operations, 
including the printing of work assignments. Please note that the shift for this 
role is 4:30AM to 1:30PM
