Word, Project) for 2-3 months. The person should be very strong in analyzing 
the data related to enterprise wide IT Projects deck & various other 
initiatives run by PMO. The person with good Analytical skills should be able 
to make recommendations and suggestions to improve the existing quality of the 
data or for collecting additional data, if required. Might have to handle some 
of the administrative tasks (like taking minutes of the meeting, making 
arrangements of space, login ids etc for the new consultants).

The position can certainly go beyond 3 months depending on the performance of 
the candidate
