 Weblogic, J2EE environment.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Responsible for the day to day operations and 7X24 production s=
upport of the Medplus Care360 Production applications.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with the Helpdesk, Development, Database Operations and Se=
rver Operations teams on issue resolution.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Participate in the SDLC new product releases.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Handle on-call support pager duties on a rotation basis.=20
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with Weblogic, J2EE application servers, Web Technol=
ogies, Oracle Databases and JCAPS.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Working knowledge of Red Hat , HP-UX, Sun Solaris.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting=
 processes for software and hardware.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Must be able to create/follow detailed installation plans, docu=
ment the installation process, quantify the deployment effort and complete =
the installation work.=20

=EF=BF=BD=09Proven experience dealing with critical customer impacting, pro=
duction applications.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong organizational and prioritization skills.=20

=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at a time.=20
