(Product Life Cycle) and ISO 9000 procedures
=EF=BF=BD         Determines feasibility of designs; considering specificat=
ion, costs, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other =
technical and economic factors
=EF=BF=BD         Prepares or analyzes specifications and test plans includ=
ing formal Acceptance Test Procedures
=EF=BF=BD         Prepares or approves technical documentation including wi=
ring diagrams, schematics, system layout diagrams, assembly drawings, theor=
y of operation, and training material
=EF=BF=BD         Ensures that manufacturing, construction, and installatio=
n of prototypes, products, and systems conform to requirements and specific=
ations
=EF=BF=BD         Generates, compiles and analyzes operational, test, and r=
esearch data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modif=
ied equipment or products.
=EF=BF=BD         Troubleshoots faulty equipment, determines the underlying=
 issue, and makes design or manufacturing changes as required. =20
=EF=BF=BD         Provides customer support, site visits, and attends trade=
 shows

Requirements_Qualif: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE=20
=EF=BF=BD         BSEE or related degree; or equivalent combination of educ=
ation and experience
=EF=BF=BD         Performs assignments on schedule with minimum supervision
=EF=BF=BD         Skilled in the use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spe=
ctrum analyzers, DMMs
=EF=BF=BD         Basic and advanced analog design techniques, low noise, l=
ow drift, high accuracy, high speed, high power, and high voltage circuitry=
, Op-Amps power supplies, discrete design, PCB layout, PLLs, ADCs, DACs

COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Da=
tabase software, Design software, Development software, Internet software, =
Inventory software, Manufacturing software, Project Management software, Sp=
readsheet software and Word Processing software.=20

=EF=BF=BD         In particular, a working knowledge of the following tools=
 is required: Baan, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Acrobat, MS Project, Hydra, Me=
ntor Expedition, PADS Schematic Capture, Hyperlynx, Altera Quartus, Xilinx =
ISE, Aldec Active HDL, Simplicity, MATLAB, MKS Source Integrity, and Integr=
ity Manager

Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:=20
