Position is also responsible for coaching and supervising individuals within 
the accounting group.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assigns, directs, and monitors AR and AP staff in the maintenance and 
preparation of general ledger.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annually financial statements.
• Reviews and prepares account reconciliations, accruals and financial 
statements for reasonableness and compliance with accounting principles.
• Analyzes data and prepares reports.
• Reviews and prepares sales & use tax reports, franchise tax reports, 
census reports.
• Reviews and manages tax correspondence.
• Manages credit and collection function.
• Develops and implements procedures to ensure accurate and timely 
recording of general ledger transactions, preparation of financial reports, and 
credit management.

Requirements_Qualif: Required
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, planning and communications skills.
• Accounting degree.
• Progressively responsible experience in accounting.
• Strong Excel & Word skills
Preferred
• JDE experience.
• Managerial experience.
