Will manage the process and one personnel. Typical duties apply: manage AP/AR, 
vendor payments, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, general ledger, 
quarterly reports. Will process payroll and forward to outside payroll company; 
will coordinate all financial information with outside CPA firm. Heavy emphasis 
on client billing- MUST have experience billing in a consulting/ services 
environment (billing for time) rather than inventory/product billing 
environment. Much of the work focuses on the client billing and client budget 
side of the business. Experience working with government contracts a plus. 
Requires 3 years practical experience and minimum BA degree. CPA is a plus 
(client describes this position as "more than a bookkeeper but not quite a 
CPA"). Pay $32,000 to $39,000- parking and benefits paid by employer. Great op!
