A nationally recognized manufacturer of licensed trend apparel and accessor=
ies, located in Blue Ash, Ohio is currently looking for a temporary Account=
ing Analyst.  This position is estimated to last until the end of the year.

The Accounting Analyst will assist with monthly Accounting functions as wel=
l as assist in the Company=EF=BF=BDs ERP systems implementation project whi=
ch involves complex business improvement initiatives for our business.  =20

Essential Functions:
=09Assist Accounting Department with daily accounting functions to =
include the monthly reporting package; P & L, Balance Sheet, Statement of E=
quity, Statement of Cash Flows and other monthly financial reports.
=09Assist Accounting Department with commissions, royalty reporting=
 and biweekly payroll.=20
=09Assist the Project Team with the implementation of a company wid=
e ERP package.
=09Assist in the creation of new financial and operational reports =
within the chosen ERP package.
=09Assist with the timely delivery, generation and distribution of =
project information to management and other stakeholders.=20
=09Assist in the research and formation of hypotheses and the analy=
sis of project data.
=09Assist with project plans, budgets and conversion of data as nee=
ded.
=09Ensure the project satisfies the agreed-upon requirements throug=
h the design, execution, and reporting results of system testing.
=09Develop training plans for impacted departments.
=09Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
=09Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree in Accounting is preferred.  Business =
or Information Technology majors with Accounting experience will also be co=
nsidered.
=095+ years of experience in Accounting is required. Project Manage=
ment skills with evidence of past successful project implementations is a p=
lus.
=09Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Operations (Distribut=
ion, Customer Service, and Purchasing) is a plus. =20
=09Experience in the Apparel industry is a plus.=20
=09Strong skills in database, word processing, presentation and spr=
eadsheet applications.
=09Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusio=
ns and solve difficult, data-heavy problems.
=09Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
=09Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
=09Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and inf=
ormation.
