Account Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Inside Sales/Account Manager to sell o=
ur software to the Property Management organizations across the globe. The =
ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be self motivat=
ed, will have a demonstrated literacy with the PC and the Internet as a pre=
sentation and prospecting tool.

As one of our Account Managers you will receive comprehensive training in a=
ll aspects of our products and the industry while you help these businesses=
 solve their operational challenges.  Background in Real Estate or Accounti=
ng is definitely a plus!

Responsibilities Include:

=EF=BF=BD=09Field inbound leads and up sell existing customers
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide on-line demonstrations to the prospects
=EF=BF=BD=09Assess customer requirements to provide an optimum solution

Qualifications:
