We are currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Private Equity to join our team. As the Director of Private Equity, you will assist the company's Executive Vice President of Finance in establishing an extensive network of high net worth private equity sources to supplement the Company's future institutional investor pool. These sources of capital will be used to capitalize the company's future asset acquisitions and pooled investment funds. You will be responsible for "sourcing" and "closing" equity capital commitments from an array of institutional and accredited high net worth individuals to finance the Company's future real estate, hospitality, structured finance and an array of other business acquisition and investment opportunities. Responsibilities also include creating a network of business relationships that will enable the Company to have direct access to potential sources of high net worth capital. A four-year degree with a financial and/or sales background is required.
