=09Execute an effective IT Service Management (ITSM) assessment lea=
ding to analysis and recommendation of prioritized ITSM improvement project=
s through the ITSM Executive Steering Committee. =20
=09Contribute to one or more Service Management projects through pl=
anning, design and implementation phases, including new process components,=
 organizational structures, tools and technology or policies.
=09Provide cohesion and strategic/tactical leadership for the use a=
nd implementation of Peregrine Service Center and other tool sets identifie=
d for process improvement.    =20
=09Act as co-chair/secretary to the Kroger Production Control Board=
 and guide the board toward ITSM Governance though establishing vision, mis=
sion and structure. =20
=09Guide the development of the integration between Kroger=EF=BF=BD=
s Software Delivery Process and the implementation of ITSM projects. =20
=09Become Kroger=EF=BF=BDs subject matter expert on ITSM, COBIT and=
 ITIL best practices and drive continual improvement.=20
=09Participate in business case development, development and tracki=
ng of key performance indicators, and financial analysis. =20

Requirements_Qualif: REQUIREMENTS:
=09Must have experience with leading or completing ITIL related pro=
jects.=20
=09Must have a broad background with significant emphasis on I.T. O=
perations (2-4 years). =20
=09Hands-on experience within one or more leading IT management too=
ls (e.g. Peregrine Service Center, HP OpenView, BMC, Tivoli, CA Unicenter, =
EMC Control Center) - certifications are a plus. =20
=09Experience in operational IT process design and improvement (e.g=
. ITIL framework, CobiT, CMMI) - certifications are a plus
=09Strong client-facing skills - assertiveness, strong communicatio=
ns skills, leadership, self-starter.=20
=09Able to work with all levels of the organization including vendo=
rs.=20
