The ELMS appli= cation forecasts store sales and labor requirements based on a wide range o= f drivers. The labor requirements are used to schedule store labor. The position is for an Application Support Lead. The position will be requi= red to provide level three support for the ELMS team. The position will co= ordinates software rollouts, data changes and ad hoc data requests among th= e user group, the development group, the ETL team and other teams outside o= f ELMS. The position will participate in pager support.
