The chosen individual will be responsible for Project Man= agement and Business Analysis in the ELMS application. The individual will= also be expected to develop project plans, resource plans, costs, benefits= , and timelines for the Construction and Transition phases of the project. = The individual will also manage project scope, provide project status repo= rting, and ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget an= d quality constraints. Essential Job Functions: =EF=BF=BD=09Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager to complete deliv= erables for the various ELMS development initiatives. =EF=BF=BD=09Develop project plans, resource plans, costs, benefits, and tim= elines for the initiatives. =EF=BF=BD=09Interact with Business Management, IT Management, and applicati= on and infrastructure teams to evaluate requirements and determine the best= solution to support ELMS users. =EF=BF=BD=09Manage the scope of projects in various ELMS development iterat= ions. =EF=BF=BD=09Keep Management and all stakeholders informed of project progre= ss.
