Receptionist/Operations Assistant
* Good front desk look - well groomed, pleasant smile, friendly
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience handling multiple phone lines
* Operations and/or financial services experience
* Maturity in handling and making quick decisions on the fly
* Excellent PC experience - good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and
Outlook
* Data entry experience
* Detail oriented
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Ability to adapt to a variety of situations and still complete
assigned tasks
* College degree and/or equivalent customer service/operations work
experience

Administrative/Accounting Assistant
* Good front desk look - well groomed, pleasant smile, friendly
* Excellent customer service skills
* Operations or customer service experience in either a bank or
brokerage environment
* Accounting and/or reconciliation general ledger experience
* Payroll data entry experience
* Detail oriented
* Excellent PC experience - good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and
Outlook
* Experience in an Administrative Assistant or Secretarial position
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Ability to adapt to a variety of situations and still complete
assigned tasks
* College degree and/or equivalent customer service/operations work
