Design Director - Cincinnati

Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in =
Interior/Architectural Design field. Bachelor's degree (professional =
degree preferred) in Architecture; LEED AP preferred. Should have NCARB =

Experience with large scale, multi-million dollar, complex projects with =

Traffic Designer -- Cincinnati
Candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience in roadway design, with =
an emphasis on highway, bridge, infrastructure and site work and hold an =
Ohio P.E. registration or have the ability to obtain a P.E. within 12 =
months. Candidate must be familiar with ODOT roadway design standards. =
Minimum skills required include familiarity with GEOPAK and MicroStation =
design software. Desired experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft software =
"suite." The candidate must be capable in several areas of Traffic and =

responsible for technical accuracy, constructability, code conformance, =
