qualifications:
5+ years experience in consumer packaged goods.
Developing marketing plans for merchandising and corporate business units.
Must be self directed able to identify marketing concerns and imitative and
achieve results quickly.
Supervise train and develop marketing managers.
Work with executive management to understand the businesses and communicate
marketing's focus.
Develop strategies, and plans to market their business units.
Must have supervisory or management experience.
Business planning, retail, and marketing experience required.
