My name is Tom Nemcek and I am a Recruiter working for Recruiting Services
International.  Currently, we have three positions open with a client in
Cincinnati (5/3rd bank) for one Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and two
Human Resources Business Partners.  I was just curious if you could help me
out with this search, or if you yourself had an interest in the position.


The job description for the Sr. HR Business Partner position is both below

Sr. HR Business Partner

This is an HR Generalist role with one of Cincinnati's largest publicly held
companies. This is an organization that expects to double its size over the
next five years. It operates in multiple states and cities within the
Midwest and the Southeast.

From a professional perspective the HR organization is very forward thinking
and progressive, as well as, large enough to provide many and significant
professional growth opportunities.

Requirements are very specific. As a result we would ask you to apply only
if your background and experience matches them. You must have current or
very recent (with your last employer) experience working in:

- a large Fortune 500 consumer products or consumer services company.
- a company that experienced rapid growth while you worked for them.
- an organization that experiences ongoing turnover of hourly employees.

You must also have:
- a minimum of 10 years of HR experience
- experience in leadership roles as an HR generalist.
- compensation and incentive compensation plan experience.
- effective stand-up communication and presentation skills.
- a BA degree with a Master's degree preferred.

- Full relocation is available
