Job Opening: Employment Support Specialist
 
 
Cincinnati Works, non-profit organization seeks FT Employment Support
Specialist. The committed candidate will provide Job Acquisition,
Retention Coaching and Advancement Services to adults seeking and
retaining entry level employment. Candidate needs to demonstrate strong
work history, 2 to 7 years experience: life skills or job coaching,
public speaking, teaching and/or group facilitation skills, problem
solving skills, quick paced work environment, previous experience in
human resources or coaching people under stress preferred, and database
management. Candidate should possess multi-tasking skills, offer
flexibility in managing workload, demonstrate positive attitude as a
team player, and has a passion to serve people living in poverty.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication
skills; experienced with Word and Outlook. Salary $28,000 to $35,000,
