The Sharonville Chamber of Commerce and the Job Search Focus Group (JSFG)
announce a visionary partnership enabling individual JSFG members the same
benefits chamber corporate members enjoy at a low annual fee.

"This partnership with the Sharonville Chamber provides terrific networking,
professional development and potential benefit opportunities to our JSFG
members at an equivalent cost of about $8.33 a month," says JSFG Vice
President Bob Pautke who negotiated the deal. "We appreciate the Sharonville
Chamber's visionary approach to this relationship."

JSFG is the only open membership organization in the region who meets weekly
to serve those in career transition. Promoting the un- and under-employed it
draws members from Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky and Eastern
Indiana. More then 10,000 individuals have participated in JSFG since its
1992 beginning.

Each Monday at 9:00am JSFG meetings offer: professional guest speakers,
networking opportunities, support, etc. to promote each individual's forward
momentum. Workshops such as resume writing, communications skills,
interviewing tips and techniques, franchise and entrepreneur options, etc.
are offered at various times during the week.

Additionally JSFGers have the opportunity to post profiles of their skills
and experiences to the JSFG website. Alerts are sent to regional employers
advising of their availability for on-line access (
http://jsfg.com/profiles.htm ).

The mission of the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce is to provide members
opportunities to grow and prosper. They accomplish this in part through
joint purchasing arrangements, partnerships, advertising and promotional
opportunities, networking events and the soon to be launched Professional
Development Series.

"This partnership is a Win-Win," said Chamber President Rich Arnold. "The
Sharonville Chamber is dedicated to connecting our business members with
experts. This partnership with JSFG brings quality professionals in career
transition to our marketplace, and at the same time helps those looking for
advancement."

"Last year we re-created our Chamber," continued Arnold, "by moving from a
volunteer-led to a professionally-led organization. We understand the
difficulties of an all volunteer-led organization such as JSFG, and applaud
their years of consistent positive impact. With this agreement our Chamber
adds yet another progressive program to our continuing list of new and
improved offerings."

JSFG is a non-denominational employment network, hosted by the Hyde Park
Community United Methodist Church (HPCUMC). "Formed in 1992 as an outreach
ministry," says Dave Weaver HPCUMC Community Service and Outreach Pastor,
"the group is run solely by its volunteer-members. We are pleased to be able
to offer our support as needed, and take pride in JSFG's 17-year record of
helping thousands." (

HPCUMC provides office space, meeting technology, support, and an umbrella
under which the group can function. Members also have access to Stephen
Ministries , providers of care for people facing tough times.
