Good morning,



We have a potential project opportunity with a local client for an interim
Director of Accounting.  Specifics for the project are identified below.  If

1.  Management or direct responsibility for consolidated reporting process
for large corporation.

2.  Hands-on experience with an integrated system environment, preferably
Timberline.

3.  Experience in Real-Estate industry accounting.



Interim Director of Accounting

Director of Corporate Accounting with 7+ years experience in Big 4 public
accounting or large corporation environment.  2+ years of corporate
consolidations reporting experience.  This person must be comfortable
working at all levels of the company structure and coordinating the
reporting process with various business units and their controllers. This
person will also function as the financial support for other corporate
departments,  including HR, tax compliance, treasury functions, accounting
for investments.  CPA preferred. Timberline Software experience a plus.

This is a constantly changing environment and will require a very high
energy, adaptable individual.  Good communication, analytical skills, and
presentation skills are a must.  This is an opportunity to be in a highly
visible position in a growing and successful organization.
