Position Opening at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport

Information Technology Network Security Administrator

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport has an opening in the
Information Technology department for a Network Security Administrator.

Responsible for the Information Technology Network Security needs of the
Airport including IT risk assessment, network traffic monitoring, security
systems (firewalls, vpn's IDS, etc.), disaster recovery, virus management,
patch deployment and security vulnerability identification and remediation.
The incumbent designs, selects, maintains, and administers various
components of a computer system security program.

The applicant must have a related bachelors degree, or equivalent
experience, and at least five years related I.T. Security experience.
Extensive knowledge and expertise with network protocols and technologies
including TCP/IP, IPSEC, HTTPS, SSL, SSH, SFTP, DNS, SMTP, PPTP, PPP, SMB,
IPX, SNMP.  Strong CISCO internetworking experience, certification
preferred.  Windows server and Novell Netware experience required.

Strong ability to set project objectives, effectively plan and implement
projects that produce high-quality, on-time deliverables.  Strong oral
communications skills with a personable, diplomatic and enthusiastic
approach to delivery of content materials to target audience.  Ability to
work with confidential and sensitive information.
