DISTRICT MANAGER:

POSITION DESCRIPTION



Position responsibilities:

  a.. Responsible for overseeing the operations of 8 E-check locations
  b.. Play a key role in the training and development of management staff
  c.. Assist in hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions
  d.. Perform station audits and ensure contract compliance
  e.. Hold staff meetings to communicate and implement changes


Position requirements:

  a.. College degree preferred
  b.. 5+ years management experience
  c.. Previous experience managing multi-site locations
  d.. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  e.. Good communication skills
