We are seeking candidates for the Cincinnati office
that can assist us with our Java development and
technical training needs.

These positions involve:
·Object Oriented Design (UML, RUP, Patterns, etc.)
·Java User Interface (AWT and Swing), STRUTS, and JSP
·J2EE development and application servers (Tomcat,
WebSphere, etc.)
·HTML and XML 
·JMS Messaging Middleware

Software Architect:
·3+ years Java experience
·Systems experience with application servers, message
queues and databases.
·Will act as the lead on a project and work closely
with the customer to deliver the final system.

Solutions Architect:
·5+ years Java experience
·Prior experience as a pre-sales engineer or Java
Architect
·Comfortable talking with customers, giving
presentations and being in a high profile, sales
support position which is critical to the organization
·Retail or POS experience is a plus

Technical Trainer:
As our trainer you will have a dual focus role in our
organization. Your first responsibility is instructing
our own employees and our clients in the use of our
customized solutions. To keep your application skills
up to speed, your secondary focus will be Java
development - assisting our project development teams.
We are looking for?
·3-5 years training experience ? creating and
administering training programs
·Desire and ability to travel
·3-5 years Java development experience
·Excellent presentation and communication skills
