Description:

The responsibilities of this team member include:
*       Day to day server support for the ITC center.
*       Vendor management, dispatch, and quality control.
*       Act as the facility's liaison into Information Technology Second Level
support groups to expedite the support process.
*       Work with the Regional Manager to design facility server infrastructure
using IT standards and direction from the business.
*       Work with the Regional Manager to develop budget recommendations for
server equipment at the facility using IT standards and direction from the
business.
*       Maintain server documentation for the region's facilities.· Server 
sparing
and break/fix.
*       Participate in the Server Analyst conference call
*       Member of the on-call rotation.
*       Requires travel to the region's facilities.
