[jsfg_cinti] Internal Audit

Hello and a good day to all:
 
Do any of you financial types out there have any experience with or know of 
anyone who has had experience at starting an Internal Auditing dept.for a small 
company, and being the first Internal Auditor in the dept.? Or do any of you 
have an idea where I might get information about  starting an Internal Auditing 
dept for a small company ?
