This position is a key role in the Sales & Marketing group, and requires a well 
organized, positive and pro active character. Reporting to the Sr. Vice 
President of Sales & Marketing, the role demands the ability to multi task, 
while delivering quality work against challenging deadlines.

Some of the key tasks of the position are:

- Coordinating & maintaining customer proposals, the format and their contents.

- Coordinating the weekly sales pipeline inputs and reports.

- Organizing and maintaining the company database.

- Updating the company website

- Coordinating the company library of all sales & marketing materials e.g. 
videos, photos, presentations, product literature.

Senior Software Project Engineer

 

Intelligrated, is a leading supplier of integrated material handling systems, 
services, and products headquartered near Cincinnati, Ohio.  We have an 
immediate opening for a Senior Software Project Engineer at our Mason, Ohio 
headquarters.

 

Designs, develops, and tests the manufacture and installation of electrical 
equipment, components, software and systems.  Plans, conducts, and may ?lead 
and direct? large projects. On a project basis, may serve as advisor to lower 
level personnel and coordinate work responsibilities of others and may assist 
with the review and evaluation of assigned personnel.  Establishes 
manufacturing, installation, and maintenance standards and specifications. 
Coordinates manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and testing activities to 
ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.  
Inspects completed installations and observes on-going operations for 
conformance to specifications, as well as operational, safety, and quality 
standards.  Evaluates progress and results (both R&D and project-related), and 
recommends major changes in procedures.

 

This position requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and/or 
Computer Science and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in with material 
handling or other types of automation.  This experience should include software 
development, implementing or leading software projects and hands-on field 
installation. Must have experience with and understanding of software 
development processes, good organizational skills, and background with some or 
all of the following software: C++, NET, W2000, MFC, SQL (server).  Completion 
of Microsoft Foundation classes is a plus.  This will require frequent customer 
interaction and travel, sometimes on short notice, to installation worksites 
and customer locations, and off-hour phone/computer support.

Intelligrated is a leading supplier of integrated material handling systems,

immediate opening for a Senior Mechanical Product Engineer at our Mason, Ohio 
headquarters.

            

The successful candidate for this position will perform a variety of 
engineering work in planning and design of products, projects and other 
material handling equipment and processes and is responsible for the technical 
quality of mechanical design of projects/products assigned.  This position 
requires the ability to provide leadership and training to staff members as 
well as present to and interface with customers and vendors of the company.   A 
brief summary of the duties for this role includes, but is not limited to:

 

   Creates and verifies layout, detail, air, load, structural drawings, 
schematics and equipment orders as applicable to the project. Plans equipment 
layout, material flow, and measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization 
of resources and equipment on projects assigned.   

 

   Works with other engineering disciplines in the development and application 
of material handling equipment and solutions as required in support of project 
needs.  Integrates findings and concepts into design recommendations on 
projects assigned. 

 

   Under general supervision, plans, conducts, assigns, and/or monitors 
assignments, including reviewing the progress and evaluating the results of 
assigned work. 

 

   May coordinate the day-to-day operations by ?leading and directing? a group 
of employees to assure a smooth workflow.  May also train and instruct 
employees on the proper use of equipment. 

 

   May potentially direct and coordinate building of prototypes. 

 

   Confers with research and other engineers to clarify and resolve problems; 
prepares design modifications, as appropriate. 

 

   Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications, and related data and drawings 
to determine design factors (e.g., size, shape, arrangement of parts, etc.). 

 

 

Minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor?s Degree in a 
technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering degree preferred) and 3-5 years 
relevant professional experience, or equivalent.  Strong AutoCAD skills a must 
with a strong desire for candidates with Solid Works or similar 3D design 
software.  Strongly prefer previous Material Handling industry experience.  
Great customer interface skills and an ability to work with minimal follow-up.  
Oracle skills a plus.
