We are actively recruiting for an Advanced Infrastructure Engineer
responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of Windows and
Linux system software and hardware
used by groups in the development of commercial software products.
Responsible for following the processes and procedures outlined in the
area's Business Management System.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or 5 years experience in a
computer environment.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software components.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Perform concise and thorough problem analysis with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge and experience with some or all of the following:
o Windows XP
o Windows Vista
o Linux
o Operating system installation procedures
o Support of Microsoft Office suite and Exchange clients
o Active Directory
o NIS
o System patch procedures.
o Perl and/or Shell script programming.
o Corporate anti-virus support.
o Data backup and restoration support.
o Helpdesk support.
