Hi John,
I don't know much about these specific companies, but I do have some general
advice...  I worked for a consulting company for four months, and they never
had any work for me to do.  Now, I was lucky in that they were able to pay
me.  However, they did that for me and 50-60 others.  They soon went out of
business.  I would make sure to do some research on how long they have been
in business, and make sure that their future business plans sound feasible.
