      A large Tier I automotive supplier with a plant in IN has an immediate 
need to fill a position of Industrial Engineering Supervisor. This position 
Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and 
recommendations.  
      Requirements:   
      We require a Bachelor¡¦s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other 
applicable discipline. Two (2) to (4) years experience supervising industrial 
engineers in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of workflow, 
ergonomics, time studies, cost justification, capacity analysis as well as 
material handling and machine utilization. Be adept in preparing reports, 
charts, and graphs to illustrate proposals and manufacturing needs. Recommend 
revisions to methods of operation, material handling, alterations in equipment 
layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards. Hands on 
practical experience working in manufacturing.
