      Maintains awareness of production data including costs and quantities. 
Performs cost reductions . Works on continous process improvements on the 
lines. Organizes and performs comprehensive competitive product tests, and 
reports. Develops cost estimates for products and components. This person is 
also involved in various aspects of lean manufacturing. This plant is non-union 
high volume assembly environment with @ 300+ employees THIS POSITIONS DOES PAY 
OVERTIME AFTER 40 HOURS AT 1 1/2  
      Requirements:   
      BS engineering degree - at least 2 years of experience
