                                *       Minimum of 3 years technical
experience implementing and supporting software on LANS, WANs and
Intranets in a professional environment.
                                *       MCSE Certification Required
                                *       Background in technical /
customer support
*       Sales Engineering skills that include the development of
presentations, training, and on-line demonstrations
*       Working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, Email Servers, TCP/IP,
local area Networks and PC troubleshooting.
                                *       Demonstrated Software deployment

                                *       Familiarity with contact center
operations and telephony
