Sales Engineer/Program Manager

ITE, LLC is an engineering and innovation consulting firm located in
Cincinnati, Ohio.  We partner with our clients on their engineering and
product development needs to deliver distinctive and premium-priced
products.  We are accepting resumes from experienced engineering sales
professional to manage projects, accounts, and expand our business
opportunities with new clients.

This position is responsible for:=20

=20

*         Promoting our engineering and innovation services within
assigned accounts providing value to both our client and ITE

*         Proactively discovering new accounts and business
opportunities

*         Directly managing client projects for budget, schedule and
deliverable

*         Developing and delivering cost estimates and proposals

*         Maintaining client communication and seeking networking
opportunities

*         Client management, including maintaining and developing client
relationships

*         Strategic planning

We require the following skills and experience:=20

*         BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related
technical field

*         Direct experience with consumer product development from idea
generation through launch

*         A minimum of ten years experience in engineering sales or
product marketing

*         Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced consulting
environment and quickly adapt to change

*         High level of professionalism, customer focus and strong
written/oral communication skills

*         Knowledge of engineering and product development tools

*         Background in engineering consulting services preferred
