We want you to be happy with your rate,
but if we are too high, we will not be chosen.

What ever rate we agree on is locked in for one calendar year.
By contract we cannot ask for an increase for one year.

If you are a W2 employee of ours we can pay you an hourly rate
plus $150/day per diem (for each day worked) for expenses.
(meals, lodging and incidentals). The per diem is not taxed.
