Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

*        Prepare scope statements for the statement of work

*        Document customer requirements

*        Write business design documents based on customer requirements

*        Evaluate change requests from customer

*        Provide sales support

*        Contribute to team effort and organizational success

*        Facilitate the generation of additional business

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

 

*        Experience in software development, or equivalent

*        Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, Client Server and experience in a
Windows environment

*        Knowledge of Q and its functionalities

*        Ability to translate customer requirements to technical
specifications

*        Strong computer & technical skills

*        Effective at presenting demos

*        Understands fundamental requirements of job

*        Understand availability of information

*        Competent at making presentations

is a plus

*         Proficient understanding of relational databases (SQL server) and
