Good Morning Fellow Job Seekers: 

I hope this message finds you doing well while searching for your next
success!!! In an effort to search for my next opportunity I would like to
solicit your thoughts and ideas. I am looking for different ideas on job
titles, career fields, or companies. Please let me introduce myself: 

After being in management, as well as, sales for over 15 years 
  * I have developed  a great interest to improve the overall operations. 
  * The ability to review and analyze financial reports and take these
numbers into the real world to problem solve has allowed me to experience
desirable results. 
  * Turning around poor performing operations has taught me to analyze,
organize and plan multiple diverse tasks. 
  * In addition, my ability to lead my staff with positive results continues
to be proven. I have taken under-achieving operations and made big
improvements. Within a 9-month period I improved the overall sales by 29%
andimproved overall productivity by 11%. By leading a staff of 75 we
continued to make positive changes well after the initial successes. 
  * With this in mind, I find my ability to team build and lead others comes
from a vision of leadership that I continue to find as my passion. With this
Vision of Leadership I find it a challenge and very rewarding to lead others
to be their best, which results in maximum productivity.


As a result of this experience I am searching for a company and position
thatallows me to prove and develop my leadership skills even further.
