How to Search for Jobs from the Job Listing
(If you're in a One-Stop office skip to step 3)
 
1.     Go to our website www.oet.ky.gov <http://www.oet.ky.gov/> 
2.     Click "Job Search and Registration" on the right side of the
screen (click "ok" if a box pops up).
3.     Click "Search for a Job"   (if boxes pop up, click "yes" or
"ok").
4.     Click "Job Order # Search" to search using our printed job
listing.
5.     In the box under "Job Order Number" type a capital "KY" and the
order number listed on the left side of the job in the printed job list.

6.     Click "Search Now".
7.     A small display will come up.  Click in the small box at the
right of the screen where it says "Select Jobs."  Then click "View
Selected Jobs".   
8.     Wait a second and then click "View Selected Jobs" again.  A
description of the job will be displayed. 
 
To Do a New Search:
1.     Click "New Search" on the bottom right of the screen.
2.     Click ".Job Order #" in the blue section on the left side of the
screen.  This will take you back to the Job Order # search screen.  Good

For the One Stop job openings, you must be registered with the State of
Kentucky. You may do so at either the Covington or Florence One Stop
office. Please call 859-371-0808 or 859-292-6666 for directions and
hours.
 
Below is the current list of staff assigned by industry. The One Stop
hopes this will help with providing customized service related to the
industry of interest. The phone # for Florence is 859-371-0808 and for
Covington it is 859-292-6666.  
 
Here is the breakdown of One Stop Career Counselors by Industry:
 
Florence
Stephen Sovilla - Services, Manufacturing 
Lauren Mann- Transportation
Chris Haders - Information Technology
TBD- Floater (between industries to fill in gaps) and Employer services
 
Covington
Mary Kitts - Services, Manufacturing 
Nicholas Crum - Transportation
Jennifer Richmond - Information Technology
 
Energy Industry- once the Energy industry is up and going, Stephen and
Mary (along with myself) will be providing support in this area.
Gateway is preparing to start their first Energy Training Program in
early '09, so we could potentially start seeing activity in the near
future.  
 
Trade/TAA- While all staff are being cross-trained to handle Trade
clients, due to the intensity of serving this population, these clients
are primarily served by Stephen and Lauren (in Florence) and Mary (in
