Dear Fellow JSFG Members,
A number of members responded to my request in the spring to help me with my
pc. Again, I thank you.
I am hoping I get the same support/response this time.
Background:
A month ago I upgraded my Norton Antivirus 2001 (that had routinely been
updated) with Norton Internet Security 2005.
Briefly:
Since then it seems as through Norton Internet Security has been "battling"
with my Zoomtown/Fuse email account. It seems okay when I first turn on my pc
in the morning, but after that, I keep getting timed out when I receive
messages (and sometimes when I send). I have spent hours on the phone with
Zoomtown, but it hasn't been resolved.
I have Windows Me and use Outlook Express.
I am hesitant to call Symantec because I saw on their website that live phone
help is $29.95(!). OUCH.
Can anyone help me? What additional info do you need? If you respond, I send
my phone number and other contact info.
Much thanks,
Gayle
