      Client company is looking for a HR Manager who can streamline 
commonalities of HR processes/programs at 3 nonunion manufacturing sites. The 
key here is to build upon the strengths of these sites into a cohesive HR 
operation with best practices. The successful person for this position must be 
able to work as a strategic business partner and will perform full HR 
generalist responsibilities along with a staff of three.  
      Requirements:   
      A bachelors degree(Masters preferred)in human resources or related field 
of study along with 8-10 years of solid HR generalist experience with 5 of 
those years in managerial role. Strong computer (MS Office applications), 
interpersonal and communicative skills required.
