      Payroll/HRIS If you are both a functional and technical peoplesoft guru 
with lead experience My client needs to speak to you. Manufacturing company in 
Columbus is interested in finding a Peoplesoft professional with the following 
experience: Must be an expert in subject matter related to payroll from a 
functional perspective, i.e. processing gross to net; deductions, taxes, 
garnishments, earnings and deductions setup, pre-tax versus after-tax 
deductions; year end processing, etc. in a Peoplesoft in house payroll 
environment. Responsibilities include defining business drivers and the 
functional requirements and their influence on the applications architecture, 
as well as data application function and workflow elements of the PeopleSoft 
Application Software. Will act as team lead for module implementation and 
upgrades and assist in the development of the architectural blueprint for 
business applications with direction and input from the end users in the human 
resource and payroll functions.  
      Requirements:   
      Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR Business or Mgmt of Information 
Systems required, advanced degree preferred. 5+ years experience in PeopleSoft 
and HRMS functional support required. PeopleSoft Query and Crystal Report 
development required. 3+ years experience in a Human Resources or Finance 
Payroll environment. PeopleSoft Query and Crystal report development required. 
Experience with Microsoft Project. Experience in testing of tax updates and 
fixes (from a functional perspective) writing test scripts, report development 
and general ledger interface is required. Demonstrated ability to build, 
maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
