. Develop an alliance with Operations field management, MFD's/RDS's, =

Qualifications / Requirements:

. 10 years of experience in instructional design or training and
development. Working/practical knowledge of developing instructional =
design
programs (conceiving, selling, creating, designing, implementing,
supporting, measuring results, etc). =20
. 3+ years in CD-Rom, Web or other technology based multimedia design =
or a
blend of these.
. 5+ years of direct supervisory experience required. Hands-on =
leadership
abilities in staff building and development, motivating and skills =
building.
Experience building a department from scratch is preferred.
. Strong retail industry exposure and/or experience highly
preferred.Jewelry, Cosmetics, Fragrance considered premium items in the
marketplace.
. In tune to retail industry trends and applications of Instructional
