Experience: 
Masters in HR or labor relations preferred, experience in food related
manufacturing, union grievance and contract negotiations, Osha, safety
training food safety certifications, HACCP,AIB, Primus or related certs,
member of SHRM, bilingual Spanish, 10 years experience in field and 5 to 7
years as a Director level in Human Resource.  
 
Job Description: 
Director, will develop policy, train workers, maintain employee handbook and
guidelines, recruit, hire, terminate, track Workers Comp, FMLA, work closely
with union and union BA to manage work force.
