HR Director â?? GSI Commerce, Richwood, KY
 
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources or related field 
preferred.
10+ years of total business experience.
5 + years practical Human Resources experience is required with at least 5+ 
years in an HR Manager/Director role.
Significant staffing and employee relations experience in a call center or 
retail environment required.
Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred. 
Experience in managing HR in a regional center with a reporting relationship 
to the corporate HR department. 
Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
Excellent problem identification, analysis and issue resolution skills.
Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and sales skills.
Excellent presentation skills. 
Working knowledge of employment law.
Proficiency with MS Office. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is 
preferred.
