INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
Licking County Government is accepting applications for Manager of the
Information Technology Services Department. This position has responsibility
for managing and administering all aspects of the information technology
functions under the Board of County Commissioners and ensuring the efficient
support for current operations and identifying future needs. This is an
unclassified position that reports directly to the Board of County
Commissioners.
Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
or university; and two to four years related experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience; a minimum of two years successful
supervisory/ leadership experience is essential. Starting salary range $50,334
- $62,930 - commensurate with experience.

DIRECTOR, HOMELAND SECURITY/ EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
Applications are being accepted for a full-time Director of the Knox County
Homeland Security/Emergency Management Agency. The Director is responsible
for the administrative operation of the Agency and its various functions
including countywide 911 Dispatch and the Local Emergency Planning Committee.
The successful candidate will formulate and lead the County's response to
natural disasters, hazardous materials spills and catastrophic events.
Candidates must have strong leadership, management and communication skills, as
well as a comprehensive knowledge of emergency management, emergency response,
public administration and public relations. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant
field or service in public safety (fire, EMS or law enforcement) is preferred.
Must be willing to become CEM certified. Valid Ohio Driver's license with
acceptable record and ability to pass an extensive background check is required.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Knox County Department of Job & Family Services is seeking a program
administrator for its Children and Family Services Division includes child
protection, adult protection, special services to at risk families, foster
care, adoption, parent education. Responsibilities require having operational
oversight and leadership of the Division. Ensures County programs comply with
state, federal, and local laws and regulations. Liaisons to other agencies,
community and state. Performs direct and indirect supervisory functions. This
position is unclassified.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree
preferred. Demonstrated background and experience in Child and Family Services
desirable. Skills in clinical assessment, family systems, critical thinking,
understanding social service delivery system and the legal process.
Preferential treatment given to non-smokers.
