Onboarding is a process of assimilating new hires into an organization.  St 
Susanna’s Family Ministry will present a panel discussion of three on-boarding 
topics: culture, relationships and personal adaptability.  The workshop format 
will allow time for the panelist to discuss a topic and for you to discuss the 
information presented in small groups.  This workshop is the first in a series 
that will discuss topics important to the success of your first 90 days in a 
new job and/or a new company.  So get onboard with our G.O. Workshops.

G.O. Workshops are open to all.  Please invite others who may benefit from the 
discussion and the networking opportunity.
