Meeting  set up: 12-14 round tables for  member seating; usual 4 long tables 
set up (at kitchen end) for  training materials and  registration. Place 
podium at other end (northeast corner). Need two microphones  plus equipment 
program speaker may need (overhead, power point laptop,  screen, ice water 
etc.)  
For advance  arrangements and emergencies contact Mark Lackey (x8176); Lisa 
Foley  (x8174); or Lin Lytle (x8178) of church staff. Turn fans on, set 
thermostat 
at 68  degrees.
