      Description:   
      General Duties: Our client is a well-established international 
manufacturer of commercial equipment used in the construction and remodeling of 
commercial buildings, offices, plants, warehouses and homes, that is seeking a 
General Manager. The General Manager reports to the District Manager and is 
responsible for overall operations of the sales and service center. Responsible 
for performance, profitability, sales, customer service, hiring motivation and 
management of personnel, monthly forecasting, credit policy, job costing and 
safety & security. $60-70K base, with $100K or more potential including bonus 
opportunity. Compensation: $70-100K Incentives/Benefits: Excellent bonus and 
benefits package. Relocation: Yes  
      Requirements:   
      Requirements: 7- 10 years in sales & service business to include 
significant management experience or, in running a retail sales & service 
center. Skills in people management, leadership, sales, customer service, 
analysis of operating statements, planning and development and overall business 
acumen. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. 
Education/Degrees: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Skills:
