[jsfg_cinti] General Employment Enterprises, Inc. - Columbus

Has anyone had any experiences with General Employment Enterprises in Columbus? 
 ( http://www.genp.com/ ).  The website makes them look like a legit recruiter, 
but the form of the email I received (below) makes it look like one of those 
operations that charges you hefty sums to fix your resume or "market" you.
Any comments appreciated.
